🌸 Brow & Bodied Formally The Wax Bar Charlotte Studio Policies By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and all major debit/credit cards. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments. All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless a booking fee has been applied. ⸻ 📅 Booking Fee Policy A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve all appointments and is applied toward your service total. For services $80 and above, a 50% booking fee may be required. Booking fees are valid for 14 days and may be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ notice. ⸻ ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Less than 24 hours notice: booking fee is forfeited * Same-day cancellations: 50% of service total may be charged * No-shows: 100% of service total will be charged Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require full prepayment to book future appointments. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy We allow a 5-minute grace period. * 5–10 minutes late: service may be shortened to stay on schedule * 10+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation Full service price still applies. ⸻ 🚫 No-Shows No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future bookings may require full prepayment. ⸻ 🛍️ Product Policy All retail product sales are final due to hygiene and safety standards. No returns or exchanges. ⸻ ✨ Service Adjustment Policy If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 4 days of your appointment. Complimentary adjustments are offered at the discretion of Brow & Bodied. ⸻ ⚖️ Payment Disputes / Chargebacks If there is an issue with your service or charge, please contact us directly before filing a dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in restricted booking access and collection of outstanding balances. ⸻ ⚠️ Health & Safety Policy Services cannot be performed on areas with open wounds, active infections, rashes, or contagious skin conditions. Clients should reschedule if any symptoms are present. ⸻ 👨🏽‍🦱 Male Waxing Policy Male waxing services are available with select trained estheticians only. Male Brazilian Wax: $85 If booked incorrectly, the appointment may be declined or rescheduled. ⸻ 📲 Contact Hours Tues–Thurs: 10am–4pm Fri: 10am–6pm Sat: 10am–3pm Messages sent outside of these hours will be answered during business hours. ⸻ 💕 Agreement Booking confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to all Brow & Bodied/The Wax Bar Charlotte policies.
